The filling line is mainly composed of two parts, filling and capping, and total length of 6 meter. Can be connected with aluminum foil sealing machine, labeling machine and printing machine compose of higher automation production line.
The Filling Machine adopts LCD touch screen interface, PLC programmable control system, through the control of filling time to achieve different metering filling.
The structure is simple; And if change different bottle is not need to be replaced, only adjust.
Widely used in such as oral liquid, disinfectants, juice, soy sauce, vinegar, pesticide, chemical, detergent, lubricating oil and cosmetic liquid filling.
Filling measurement was accuracy, no bubbles, no leakage. Can be applied to 40-1000ml all kinds of bottle shaped (including special-shaped bottle) filling.
